The villa is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi. Located on the slopes of a small hill, just a few minutes’ drive from the most beautiful beach in this area, 7 km from the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and the Cetina River with numerous activities and restaurants, and a 40-minute drive from the city of Split with its incredible history.

Only 200m from the villa there is a local tavern where you can order a traditional dish or try local craft beer in a typical Dalmatian atmosphere. All this makes the villa a perfect base for a family or friends vacation. Due to the location of the building, the villa is organized on three different levels, all connected by internal and external staircases.

*The lowest outdoor level offers a private pool 11m x 3m with massage, outdoor shower, sunbed with 10 deck chairs offering absolute privacy, dining table with 6 chairs and 4 umbrellas. A few steps up will take you to the children’s corner with toys, entertainment zone with TV, table tennis and darts. There is also bedroom no. 1 with a double bed 180x200cm with an open view of the sea and the pool, air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, bedroom no. 2 with a double bed 180x200cm with an open view of the sea and the pool, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower.

*An internal staircase takes you to the middle level where you have an air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room with TV, PS4 for your youngsters. There is also a separate toilet and a washing machine. The glass wall in the living room on the south and east side offers an impressive view of the sea and direct access to the outdoor dining room. Next to it is an outdoor whirlpool and another indoor dining room for 12 people with an electric grill and where you have local wine on offer (not included).

*One level above the living room leads you to the air-conditioned gym where you have an exercise bike, an Orbitrack, some weights and a Finnish sauna. Next to it is bedroom no. 3 with a double bed 180x200cm with a view of the sea, balcony, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and bedroom no. 4 with a double bed 180x200cm with a view of the sea, balcony, air conditioning, TV and walk-in bathroom with shower connected to the bedroom (transparent).
