The living room is a few steps lower than the kitchen and dining room, and both have high ceilings, giving the space a nice feeling of spaciousness. It has a comfortable balcony (7.05 m2) with a good view of the sea.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, both with built-in wardrobes (41.49 m2). The west-facing bedroom also has its own balcony (5.84m2) with the best sea view in the apartment.

The attic (third floor) has also been converted into a useful internal space, which the previous owner converted into a children's bedroom and play area, accessed by an electrically controlled drop-down staircase (20m2 standing area, as well as another 20m2 limited height area) .

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Okrug Gornji, within walking distance of the nearest shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. It is also very well located to reach the new bridge (by car) that connects the island to the mainland and provides easy access to the airport and close to the highway.
