In central Istria, Croatia, Motovun is a settlement and a municipality. Celtic and Illyrian warriors constructed their fortresses in the vicinity of modern-day Motovun throughout the past. The village's name comes from Montona, which means "a town in the hills" in Celtic.

Villa with a swimming pool of 110m2 of living space and 5,111 m2 of garden area in central Istria, about 3km from old town Motovun. The home is surrounded by 2,500 m2 of meticulously designed gardens for active and leisurely family vacations. It's located on the south side, with a nice view and plenty of sunlight. For relaxation and enjoyment in the sun, organised terraces surround the home. One hundred meters away are the first neighbours. The sun collectors heat the pool water. Pets are welcome here.

You may enjoy a romantic evening with the stars or take in movies on a big screen in your outdoor cinema. With two bedrooms, the house provides a haven for four people. Bathrooms are located in every room. You may simply walk across the room to the green ground for morning coffee.

The living room and kitchen are combined into one area, with a west-facing terrace. In the living room, there is a fireplace. A big grill and a summer kitchen with an additional refrigerator are on the patio. The pool measures 8.5 x 3 meters in size.

The fridge, cooker, electric oven, and dishwasher are all available in the kitchen. A second toilet contains the washing machine. For the rational use of energy, the house has LED lighting. For the safety of children and animals, the surroundings are fenced.
