This is the first example of A-frame architecture built using CLT (cross laminated timber) technology in Croatia.

The house is equipped with VELUX roof windows with electric shutters, aluminum glass walls on the south facade, and high-quality floor coverings (ceramics and chevron parquet).

Thanks to excellent insulation (CLT construction + rock wool), the property ensures a comfortable microclimate throughout the year.
