Poreč is a popular summer resort on the coast of the Istrian Peninsula in western Croatia. In the historic old town, the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica complex is famous for its gem-studded Byzantine mosaics. The coastline north and south of the city draws visitors with camping areas, marinas, and beaches with water sports. Some 6 km inland, the Baredine Cave is notable for its stalactite formations.

At 10 km from Poreč and its beaches, a catering-residential facility with auxiliary facilities (tavern with accommodation and two additional rooms) is available, where everything exudes peace and new holiday homes around the state with a living area of 540 m2 and a yard of 1,740 m2.

The tavern has been open since 1986, and the five flats on the first and second floors are five-apartment buildings with a long-established rental history. The terraces offer a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.

The structure is roughly 500m2, with two smaller facilities in the yard: one with a full measure of 100m2 and the other with a full scope of 50m2.
