Unique designed stone villa with sea view and pool, Istria, Sveti Lovreč

Sveti Lovreč is located in the Vrsar and Poreč hinterland. The town was named after the tiny church St. Nikole and is one of Istria's best-preserved medieval fortified towns. Lawrence was erected in the 8th century on the town graveyard outside of town. In the 11th century, a Romanesque bell tower was built next to the church.

The villa has a total of 306 m2 of living area and 1,350 m2 of yard space. The designer originally purchased details from Barbara Streisand's home at a private auction, and they are now adorning the room. A large gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line equipment is located on the lower level. It will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

There are toilets, laundry, and storage on the ground floor with a double refrigerator. The living room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the forest and meadows to the sea.

The house has been featured in numerous interior design journals and is one of Istria's most stunning houses.

In front of the house, there is an oval infinity pool of 45m2 which has the possibility of countercurrent swimming and a whirlpool.

A rustically constructed outdoor bath with a waterfall appears below the pool, and it feels like you're bathing in the jungle. The lavender bushes, rich laurel and olive trees, and the possibility of producing up to 10 litres of top-quality home olive oil each year are part of the garden's charm.
