Biograd na Moru, Pakostane - Two-room apartment S6 - A, with rooftop terrace

In the hidden gem of Northern Dalmatia, Pakostane, in the heart of the Adriatic coast and in a unique location between the coast and Lake Vrana, four residential buildings with 24 apartments are being built just 100 m from the beach.

The buildings named A, B, C, and D each consist of 6 west-facing apartments, spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor, and second floor) with a usable roof terrace, which is sold separately with the apartment on the second floor:

Apartment S6 on the second floor of building A consists of a spacious living area of 27 m² (kitchen, dining room, and living room), two bedrooms of 14 m² and 12 m² respectively, a bathroom of 6 m², a terrace of 9.7 m², and a roof terrace of 65 m². The apartment faces southeast, meaning it is located on the outer side of the building.

All apartments will be equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Underfloor heating will be installed in the bathrooms, and the flooring will be made of laminate parquet or ceramic tiles. The windows will be triple-glazed, and the external insulation will consist of 10 cm of rock wool. Lighting and sanitary installations are not included in the price.

Each building has a garage level where it is possible to purchase a garage space, a storage room, or a closed parking space. Outdoor parking spaces are also available.

Payment method is 90% upon signing the preliminary contract and the rest upon moving in.
