Apartment S6 on the second floor of building A consists of a spacious living area of 27 m² (kitchen, dining room, and living room), two bedrooms of 14 m² and 12 m² respectively, a bathroom of 6 m², a terrace of 9.7 m², and a roof terrace of 65 m². The apartment faces southeast, meaning it is located on the outer side of the building.

All apartments will be equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Underfloor heating will be installed in the bathrooms, and the flooring will be made of laminate parquet or ceramic tiles. The windows will be triple-glazed, and the external insulation will consist of 10 cm of rock wool. Lighting and sanitary installations are not included in the price.

Each building has a garage level where it is possible to purchase a garage space, a storage room, or a closed parking space. Outdoor parking spaces are also available.

Payment method is 90% upon signing the preliminary contract and the rest upon moving in.

Pakostane borders Biograd na Moru to the west and is surrounded by four national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, and Plitvice Lakes) and two nature parks (Telascica and Lake Vrana).

The first mentions of Pakostane date back to the 15th century, while in Roman times the port of the Roman city Asseriae was located at the site of today's Pakostane, which is why the place is rich in historical remains from Roman times. Besides the town itself, there are also places of historical significance near Pakostane, making this area very rewarding for lovers of historical sites.

Within the town itself, there are beautiful beaches and 5 small islands in the town's water area, making this place appreciated by lovers of boat trips.
