Biograd na Moru, Pakostane, two-room apartment with rooftop terrace and sea view

In a hidden gem of northern Dalmatia, Pakostane, located in the very center of the Adriatic coast and in a unique position between the coast and Lake Vrana, four residential buildings with 24 apartments are being built, just 100 m walking distance from the beach.

The buildings marked with letters A, B, C, and D consist of 6 apartments per building, facing west, spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor, and second floor) with a usable rooftop terrace, which is sold separately with the apartment on the second floor.

Apartment S6 on the second floor of building D consists of a spacious living area of 27 m² (kitchen, dining room, and living room), two bedrooms measuring 14 m² and 12 m² respectively, a bathroom of 6 m², a terrace of 9.7 m², and a rooftop terrace of 65 m².

The apartment is oriented southeast, meaning it is on the outside of the building.

All apartments will be equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. Underfloor heating will be installed in the bathrooms, and floors will be made of laminated parquet or ceramic tiles. The glass will be triple-layered, and the external insulation will be made of 10 cm stone wool. Lighting and sanitary fixtures are not included in the price.

Each building has one garage floor where you can buy a garage space, a storage unit, or a closed parking space. Outdoor parking spaces are also available.

- Outdoor parking space 800 euros / m²

- Storage unit 1,000 euros / m²

Payment method is 90% upon signing the preliminary contract and the rest upon moving in.

Expected completion is June 2026, with moving in during the summer.
